Terms & Conditions


1.Payments online made by secure credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard and Switch) transaction through Paypal.

2.No credit card details are stored anywhere in our system so once your transaction has gone ahead there is no record of your card details.

3.Postal and in person orders can be taken by cheque made payable to Buzzbaby. Order forms can be downloaded by clicking on this link.

4.Delivery is by Royal Mail or courier.

5.We request your name, address and email (optional) to enable us to provide you with an efficient service but we WILL NOT pass your details to ANY third parties.

6.All goods remain the property of this company until payment is made in full.

7.We will dispatch most items within 3 working days of receipt of payment. If items are out of stock we will order them immediately and dispatch as soon as we receive them. However, we suggest that you allow up to 28 days for receipt of your goods. Customers will be kept fully informed of the status of their order should it take longer than 3 working days to dispatch. If you are not happy with a delay we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

8.If you are paying by cheque you will need to allow time for the cheque to get to us.

9.Delivery charges will depend on value of goods ordered as shown in the table below.These costs are for mainland UK only. For orders outside of mainland UK postal charges will be calculated and any additional charges invoiced. The order will be dispatched once any additional postal charges have been paid.

10.If an order has to be split then the second dispatch will be free of any further postage charges.

11.In the occasional event of a product being faulty or damaged when you receive it you can return it to us for a full refund or a replacement item and we will refund your return postage costs. Click on link for details of our Returns Policy

12.We always obtain a proof of posting certificate for packages we despatch. On occasion packages may be delayed or lost completely in the post. In these circumstances Royal Mail does not officially recognise items as lost until 15 days after posting. If your package does not arrive please let us know and we will help you to try to trace it.

13.We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.

14.We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.

15.All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered a choice of an alternative or given a full refund.

16.We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

17.These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
