This pocket style nappy comes with a stay dry fleece inner lining and 2 micro fibre inserts.
The elastic in the nappy is adjustable through a button hole system, similar to the system used on some children's clothing waistbands. The elastic has reinforced button holes and little buttons that can be set to several different settings. On its smallest setting it will give a close fit for a newborn and the elastic can be let out as baby grows.
